We connect clients to our trusted partner broker, who handles all trading execution, custody of funds, and client onboarding. BeeMarkets UAE does not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide investment advice.

BeeMarkets UAE holds a conditional Category 5 Introducing Broker licence from the UAE Capital Market Authority (Licence No. 20200000414). Our operations are fully transparent and subject to CMA oversight.
Compliance Programme
Our dedicated compliance team oversees all AML/KYC processes, client onboarding, and regulatory reporting. Technology supports our human-led compliance framework, not replaces it.
Introducing Broker Role
We introduce clients to our partner broker. We do not handle client funds, execute trades, or provide trading platforms. All trading activities are conducted directly with our partner broker.

How Our Service Works
BeeMarkets UAE is a Category 5 licensed introducing broker regulated by the CMA (Licence No. 20200000414).
We introduce clients to Global Prime Ltd (regulated by the CMA), our designated partner broker. The partner broker is responsible for:
- All trade execution and order routing
- Custody and segregation of client funds
- Client onboarding, KYC, and account approval
- Trading platform access and support
- Deposits, withdrawals, and all payment processing
BeeMarkets UAE does not: execute trades, hold client funds, provide trading platforms, or offer investment advice.
Compensation Disclosure: BeeMarkets UAE receives a referral commission from our partner broker for each client introduced. This commission does not increase your trading costs. Full details are available upon request.
This introducing relationship creates a conflict of interest that we are required to disclose. We act in your best interests by connecting you to a regulated, reputable partner broker.
Client Categorisation Notice
Under CMA rules, BeeMarkets UAE classifies all new clients as Retail Clients. Retail Clients receive the highest level of regulatory protection, including:
- Negative balance protection
- Access to the CMA complaints and compensation framework
- Clear risk disclosures and suitability assessments

Fee Disclosure
BeeMarkets UAE earns an introducing commission from our partner broker, Global Prime Ltd. This commission is a percentage of the spread or a fixed fee per client referred. It is paid by the partner broker and does not add any additional cost to you beyond the standard trading fees charged by the partner broker. For detailed information about trading costs (spreads, commissions, swaps), please refer to the partner broker's fee schedule available on their website.
