Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the BeeMarkets UAE website and our introducing brokerage services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BeeMarkets UAE, operated by BEEMARKETS INTRODUCTION TO FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC (CMA Conditional Licence No.: 20200000414, Category 5 - Introducing Broker). The Company acts solely as a financial introducer. Its services are limited to introducing prospective clients to our partner broker, Global Prime Ltd (regulated by the CMA). Following any introduction, the Client enters into a separate and independent client agreement directly with the partner broker. The partner broker alone is responsible for client onboarding, KYC, account opening, trading activity, platform access, pricing, execution, funding, withdrawals, and account closure.
When you open an account through our introduction, you will enter into a separate Client Agreement with our partner broker, Global Prime Ltd. The terms of that agreement, not these Terms, will govern your trading activities, fund custody, and trade execution. BeeMarkets UAE has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the partner broker's services.
As an introducing broker, we receive a referral commission from our partner broker for introducing clients. This commission is paid by the partner broker and does not increase your trading costs. Full details of our compensation are available upon request. BeeMarkets UAE does not charge clients any direct fees for our introducing service.

Any information on our website is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeMarkets UAE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, your introduction to the partner broker, or any trading losses incurred through the partner broker. The partner broker's terms govern all trading activities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Capital Market Authority (CMA). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through our complaints procedure. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
If you have a complaint, please email complaints@beemarkets.ae. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve your complaint within 30 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the CMA at www.cma.gov.ae.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
